- $$ H_{1} : \sigma_{1}^{2} < \sigma_{2}^{2} \ \rightarrow \ f_{0} < F_{1-\alpha} (n_{1} - 1, n_{2} - 1) $$
- $$ H_{1} : \sigma_{1}^{2} \neq \sigma_{2}^{2} \ \rightarrow \ f_{0} > F_{\alpha/2} (n_{1} - 1, n_{2} - 1) \ or \ f_{0} < F_{1 - \alpha/2} (n_{1} - 1, n_{2} - 1) $$
